Our goal is to help buyers put together a strong real estate team, select the right property based on the lifestyle and financial profile of the buyer(s), negotiate effectively, and most importantly, to purchase a home as a wise investment. We are also committed to educating people on how to make their home "green" by conserving energy and reducing waste to help take care of our environment.
Despite the many factors contributing to today's housing and mortgage mess, if every home buyer were properly educated on when and how to buy a home with safer types of financing and as a wise investment, there would not be as many foreclosures or struggling homeowners as we see today. Also, home values would not have risen as rapidly and ridiculously from 2000 - 2006 since there would be far fewer people purchasing homes beyond their financial means (creating an abnormal amount of demand) and then defaulting on their mortgage payments.
With experience as a real estate agent, home owner and investor having successfully bought, renovated, leased and sold properties since 2003, many home buyers have come to seek our advice. It is often difficult and time consuming to help buyers fully understand the entire buying process over a conversation, so hopefully this site will address most questions for anyone looking to purchase a home.
